Give your clients somewhere to look

A portal per client with their reports, documents, trust signals, and blog publishing — all built on one template so everything you deliver looks like it came from the same agency.

The problem

Reporting month is a scramble. Someone rebuilds a slide deck, someone else screenshots a dashboard, the formatting drifts every time, and it all goes out as an email attachment that's lost by the following Tuesday. Clients ask what you've been doing, and the honest answer is that the work is invisible.

The solution

Every managed client gets a portal. You publish reports into a shared template, keep their documents in one place, and publish blog posts to their site without leaving the page. The work stops being invisible, and you stop rebuilding the same deck twelve times a year.

How it works

1

Add the client to your agency account

Their portal appears automatically as soon as they're a managed client. There's nothing separate to provision or bill for.

2

Write the report

Author the body — headline numbers, tables, callouts, and commentary — and the shared template handles the layout and typography. Preview it exactly as your client will see it.

3

Publish when it's ready

Reports and documents sit in draft until you publish them, so nothing half-finished shows up on your client's screen at 11pm.

4

Let them come to you

Your client logs in and finds their reports, documents, trust signals, and blog in one place — instead of asking you to resend a PDF.

Four tabs your clients will actually use

Reports, documents, trust signals, and their blog — the whole relationship in one screen.

Reports that all look the same

One shared template governs every report you publish. Your February report and your November report look like they came from the same firm, because they did.

One place for the documents

Strategy decks, audits, brand guidelines, onboarding paperwork. Your client stops emailing you to ask where you sent that thing in March.

Trust signals on display

Publish the proof points that make your client look credible to their own customers, and keep them somewhere the client can actually find.

Publish to their blog from here

Draft and publish posts straight to your client's Astro site from inside the portal. No CMS handoff, no second login, no waiting on their web person.

One template, every report

Consistency you don't have to enforce

Most agencies end up with reports that look different depending on who built them and how rushed that month was. Here you write the content — headline numbers, tables, callouts, commentary — and the layout is decided for you. The editor preview, the client's browser view, and the PDF all render from the same template, so what you write is exactly what ships. New team members produce on-brand reports on day one because there's no other way to produce one.

Frequently asked questions

Who sees the portal?
It appears for accounts your agency manages. Your client signs into Diviner One and finds the portal pinned in their navigation with the reports and documents you've published for them.
Do I have to design each report?
No, and that's deliberate. You write the content; a single shared template supplies the layout, type scale, and component styling. Every report you ship is consistent without you touching a design tool.
Can I brand the reports?
Reports carry an accent colour and font so they sit alongside your other client-facing work rather than looking like generic software output.
What is the blog CMS for?
If you're publishing content for a client on an Astro site, you can write and publish posts from inside the portal. It removes the usual round trip of drafting in a doc, emailing it over, and waiting for someone to paste it into a CMS.
Can clients download the reports?
Reports render as a proper document in the browser and as a PDF from the same template, so what your client saves is what you published.
Does this replace my reporting tool?
For client-facing monthly reporting on the work you're doing in Diviner One, yes. If you need automated multi-source dashboards pulling from a dozen ad platforms, that's a different category of tool.
